Childminding Fees and Attendance

My rate is £4.00 per hour per child to be paid 1 month in advance.

Illness

I expect full payment in advance whether your child is in attendance or not. If your child is ill and unable to attend please notify me as soon as possible.

If I am ill and require a sick day, I will credit your account as I understand you will need to make other arrangements.

Bank Holidays

I am closed for Bank Holidays and therefore I will not charge for these days.

Holidays

I will take 4 weeks holiday a year. 1 week at Christmas, 2 weeks in the summer and 1 other week. I will always give you plenty of notice.

I find parents take the same holidays as I do to reduce costs.

I need 2 weeks notice of any holidays and you will not be charged for this time.

If you drop off your child early or collect them late there will be an additional charge of £1.50 per 15 minutes. I understand sometimes you will need to work late or go in early, and as such I can accommodate this if given prior notice.
